How to invite Viden to Xero.
So we can prepare an accurate quote for your accounting or bookkeeping work, we'll need temporary access to your Xero file. It takes about five minutes and six simple steps — and you can revoke it anytime.
We take privacy seriously — everything in your books stays between us. This access is temporary and read-focused, and if you decide not to engage Viden Advisory you can remove us in a couple of clicks.

Instructions
Log in to Xero on a desktop browser, then follow the steps below. Screens are shown for reference — your Xero may look slightly different.
Log in to your organisation in Xero
Head to login.xero.com and open the organisation you'd like us to review.
Open your organisation menu, then Settings
Click your organisation's name in the top-left, then choose Settings from the dropdown.

Click Users
In the Settings screen, open Users.

Click "Invite a user"
On the Users screen, select Invite a user to open the new user's details.
Enter our details & choose access
Add the name and email below, then set the access levels. You decide how much access to grant — the levels we ideally need are listed.

Click "Send invite"
That's it — we'll accept the invitation and review your Xero file as soon as possible. Thank you!
What happens next
If you accept our engagement proposal, we'll walk you through a few short extra steps to get everything set up properly.
No problem at all. Simply go to the Users section in Xero and remove Viden Advisory to revoke access.
